Family Support |
 CCP's team of experienced family support
staff provide intensive one-to-one support to families in their own homes.
Typically, our clients will have older vulnerable children who are outside the
remit of CCP's Early Years befriending
scheme and they will be supported in a variety of family oriented activities.
Our support workers will help the family by developing parenting strategies as
well as liaising with statutory and voluntary agencies to provide a package of
ongoing support.
